I absolutely love this curtain in my bedroom. The wildflower pattern is delicate and charming, while the ruffled edge adds a sweet vintage touch. It makes the room feel brighter and more cozy without looking overly decorated.
How many panels do I need?
Each curtain is sold as one panel, 59" wide. For a full, gathered look you want roughly twice your window width in fabric, so most windows take more than one panel.
| Your window width | Panels to order |
|---|---|
| Up to 54" | 2 panels — most windows |
| 54"–72" | 3 panels |
| 72"–96" (sliding doors and wide openings) | 4 panels |
If your window falls right on the line between two rows, take the higher number. The extra fullness is what makes curtains look tailored rather than skimpy.
Choosing your length
Measure from the top of your curtain rod down to where you want the curtain to end, then pick the closest size. Sizes are listed as width × drop.
| Size | Best for |
|---|---|
| 59" × 63" | Sill length — kitchens, bathrooms, laundry |
| 59" × 71" | Just below the sill — bedrooms, smaller windows |
| 59" × 79" | Floor length with standard 8ft ceilings |
| 59" × 87" | Our most popular — floor length with the rod mounted high above the frame |
| 59" × 94" | 9ft ceilings |
| 59" × 102" / 106" | High ceilings, or a soft pool of fabric on the floor |
| 59" × 18" | Café valance — above a kitchen sink, small or high windows |
Designer tip: mount your rod 4–6" above the window frame and extend it 3–6" past each side. The window looks taller and wider, and the curtains clear the glass when open so you keep all your light.
Which heading style?
Rod pocket — the rod slides through a sewn channel at the top. Gathered, soft, the classic cottage look, and the one most people choose. Hook — for curtain tracks only; don't pick this unless you already have a track.
The curtain that makes a plain window look like a cottage one.
Tiny wildflower sprigs on a cream ground, a fine trellis running through them, and a soft ruffle along the edge and hem. Hung in a kitchen, a nursery or a reading corner it does what lace curtains have always done — it lets the light in and makes the room feel looked after.

Light-filtering, not blackout
The weave is open enough to soften daylight and give daytime privacy, and light enough to move in a breeze. It won't darken a room — if you need that, pair it with a blackout panel behind or look at our blackout range.
