Refund policy

We want you to love your Loft & Stone order. If something isn't right, returning it is simple and free within the United States.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@loftandstone.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1 business day.

Free US Return Shipping

For orders delivered within the United States, return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Print it, attach it to the parcel and drop it at any carrier location. There's nothing to ship overseas, and you won't pay any return postage or customs charges.

No Restocking Fee

We don't charge a restocking fee. The only thing not refunded is the original shipping fee, and shipping is free on every order anyway.

Refunds

Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return being received. You'll get an email as soon as it's processed. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to show the credit.

Returning Part of an Order

You can return some items from an order and keep the rest. If you bought items at a bundle discount (Pair or Trio), the refund for each returned item is the discounted price you actually paid for it.

Exchanges

Want a different size, colour, heading style or product? The quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, so the replacement ships straight away.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, usually within 24 hours. You won't need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened bedding, pillows and bath textiles can't be returned unless they're faulty. Where this applies, it's stated on the product page.

Returns From Outside the United States

International customers can return items within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you return instructions. International return postage and any customs charges on the return are the customer's responsibility.
