All orders are carefully processed and dispatched from Hong Kong.

We currently ship to selected destinations available at checkout. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions. Where available, these will be clearly stated on the website or at checkout.

  1. Order Processing & Delivery Times

We work carefully to prepare and dispatch each order as efficiently as possible.

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (HKT), Monday to Friday

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days

Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–9 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, high-volume periods, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow the progress of your delivery.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the most efficient delivery. In this case, separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any apartment, suite, or unit details where applicable. Loft & Stone is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
