We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, colours, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person. All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.
An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment is taken.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the correct price of an ordered product is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before processing your order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email, but they are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items and personalised products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@loftandstone.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
