Welcome to Loft & Stone, a trading name of ECOM HAUS LIMITED ("Loft & Stone", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate the website located at loftandstone.com and related online experiences, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with any policies referenced in them (including our Privacy Policy), set out your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products from Loft & Stone. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted when we confirm acceptance and successfully process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Your purchases are also subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. You warrant that purchases made through the Services are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Billing
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged to you will be the price in effect at the time of your order, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and any customs or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to promptly update it so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment method you provide is authorised and valid; (ii) charges incurred will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iii) you will pay all amounts due, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the products to the carrier. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are non-refundable by us.

The Services, including all text, graphics, images, videos, audio, design, layout, and arrangement, and all trademarks, logos, and branding used in the Services, are owned by Loft & Stone, ECOM HAUS LIMITED, or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made through the Services are made directly between you and ECOM HAUS LIMITED trading as Loft & Stone. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those sales, or for any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased from us.

Personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy practices.
11. Your Feedback and Content

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You and ECOM HAUS LIMITED submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
19. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program
By opting in to our mobile messaging program, you agree to receive automated or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required as a condition of making any purchase from us. If you do not wish to continue, you must reply STOP to any mobile message from us in order to opt out. Message frequency may vary.
