Which size — and does it need to cover the whole sofa?
Size is about how much sofa you want hidden, not how tall you are. The smaller one is a throw that lives on the back of the seat. The larger one goes over the cushions and down the front, which is what you want if the sofa underneath is the problem.

Will it slide off the sofa every time someone stands up?
Every loose sofa cover slides on some surfaces and grips on others. The variable is what your sofa is made of, not the blanket.

The step people skip: tucking. Push the edge deep into the crease between the seat cushion and the back before you smooth the front. Two minutes of tucking is the difference between a sofa cover and a blanket lying on a sofa.

There is a particular stage in a sofa's life where it still works perfectly and looks terrible. The frame is fine, the cushions are fine, but one arm has gone shiny, the color has drifted, and there is a mark on the middle seat that survived three cleaning attempts. The geometry runs on both faces, with the color relationship inverted — what is ground on one side is figure on the other. In practice that means one face reads bolder and one reads calmer, and you decide which by which way up you throw it.
That is the argument for reversible over printed-one-side. A single-face throw has a back you have to hide, so it has to be laid perfectly flat, and a sofa cover is never laid perfectly flat. Someone sits on it, a corner folds over, and there is the ugly side. Here, a folded corner is just the other colorway.

- Blue & Orange — the higher-contrast pair. Best against a gray, navy, or charcoal sofa, where the orange does the lifting and the blue keeps it from turning into a beach house.
- Green & Orange — warmer and more earthbound. This is the one for rooms with wood, rattan, or terracotta already in them, and for anyone whose sofa is a shade of beige they would rather not draw attention to.
