A round table is seen from every angle at once, so the colour matters more here than on a rectangle pushed against a wall.
Will it sit flat on my table, or slide around?
Round cloths behave differently to rectangular ones, and it catches people out. There are no corners to weigh the fabric down, so the drop is even the whole way round — which looks better, but means there is nothing anchoring it if the table is smaller than the cloth by a long way.

Machine wash cool, then hang it while still damp and let the weight pull the creases out. If you do iron it, do it face down on a towel so the stitching sinks into the pile instead of being pressed flat — that is the step people skip, and it is why embroidered cloths lose their texture after a year.
