Will these work with my curtains?
Rope tie backs are the most curtain-agnostic option there is — they wrap and cinch rather than clamp, so they don't need a particular header, weight or fabric to work.

To use: gather the curtain at roughly two-thirds of its height, wrap the rope around the bundle, and secure it back on itself. The step people skip: gather the fabric where you want the fold to break before you tighten. Cinch first and you get a squashed lump; shape first and you get the loose S-curve that makes curtains look styled rather than tied up.
