Will a braided cotton knit go baggy after a few washes?
Not if you keep it out of the tumble dryer. Cotton knits stretch when they're heavy and hot at the same time — the weight of the wet fabric pulls the braid open. Handle the drying properly and the cable pattern holds its shape.
