Which size do I need?

This is a seat runner that lies along the seating area — it is not a whole-sofa cover, so measure the seat rather than the outside of the frame. Take the width of the seating area from the inside of one arm to the inside of the other, and match it below. Then check your seat depth front to back: most sofas fall between 21" and 24", which the 28" width covers comfortably with a little to tuck at the back.

Measure the seat, not the sofa. Arms commonly add 8–12" per side, so ordering from the outside width is the most frequent sizing mistake and leaves you with a runner that overhangs the front.

How it fits

This piece covers the seating surface only — it does not wrap the whole sofa, and it will not cover the backrest or the arms. The lightweight quilted cotton lies flat along the cushions as a protective, decorative strip, with a few spare inches at each end to tuck into the seat crease and keep it from wandering. Being breathable and airy, it is genuinely pleasant to sit on in summer, and it works equally well laid across the end of a bed, along a window seat or over a lounger. If you want colour on the arms or back too, this is not the product for that — but for keeping the seat you actually use clean and bright, it washes easily and holds its vibrant pattern wash after wash.
