Your candle's scent, without lighting the wick.
You buy a good candle for the way it makes the room smell. Then you only light it now and then, because an open flame is one more thing to keep an eye on. A candle warmer lamp changes that. Set your jar candle on the base, switch on the lamp, and the bulb warms the wax from above until the top melts and the fragrance fills the room. No match, no soot, no flame to blow out.
The bulb is dimmable, so you can turn it up to melt the wax faster or down low for a soft pool of light on a nightstand or side table. It doubles as a small table lamp, which makes it easy to leave on through the evening.
Where it earns its place
| Setting | How it's used |
|---|---|
| Bedside table | Dimmed low as a soft evening light while your candle scents the room, with no open flame on the nightstand. |
| Living room side table | A warm lamp for the long autumn evenings, with a fall candle melting underneath. |
| Kitchen & entry | Fragrance in the air before guests arrive for Thanksgiving or the holidays. |
| Home office desk | A soft desk light and a favourite scent through the working day. |
A pleated shade on a curved arm
A fluted, pleated metal shade hangs from a slim wood-tone arm that curves up from the back of an oval base, leaving the candle in full view. Two finishes: Ivory Maple, a white shade and base that sits softly in light, neutral rooms, and Ebony Oak, a matte black shade and base that gives a more graphic, modern look.
